Where we have goods in stock we ship directly from within the EU, however for some products we use shipping agents and factory suppliers directly, this cuts down on the order processing times and leads for better warranty support should you have any problems.

For goods under total value of 500EUR/GBP shipping from the far east : please allow 14-28 days for delivery

For goods in bulk qty, OEM labling and other options are available - orders can take a little longer to process, if you have any questions please contact us.

Some goods originate ourside your normal tax juristiction - you are responsible for paying any customs and admin fees charged by shipping or postal agents - the shipped from: location can be used to identify if this applies to yourself.

Where products are categorised for free shipping they are normally dispatched direct from the factories this allows us to pass the savings on directly to you, as such we ask that you allow around 2 weeks before they are dispatched, we will notify you if there is any problems with order fulfilment.
